On January 3rd, our staff and volunteers gathered for Shinnenkai , a traditional Japanese New Year’s celebration, to welcome the year together in the best way possible, through food, laughter, and community. We started the day by making mochi , a meaningful New Year tradition that symbolizes good fortune, strength, and togetherness. 2025年の締めくくりと2026年のはじまりに As 2025 comes to a close, we at Cha-Ami Japanese Cultural Center  would like to pause, reflect, and express our heartfelt gratitude. 2025 年も終わりを迎えようとしています。これまでの歩みを振り返り、茶編より心より感謝申し上げます。 This year was especially meaningful for us, as Cha-Ami celebrated its grand opening in April .
