🍽 What is Okonomiyaki?
Okonomiyaki is a popular dish from Japan, often described as a "Japanese pancake" or "Japanese pizza." Made with a batter of flour, eggs, shredded cabbage, and a variety of ingredients of your choice, it’s cooked on a griddle and topped with a delicious savory sauce, mayo, bonito flakes, and seaweed.
